జాతీయ చేనేత దినోత్సవం సందర్భంగా రాష్ట్రంలోని నేతన్నలు, చేనేత కళాకారులు, వారి కుటుంబ స‌భ్యులంద‌రికీ హృదయపూర్వక శుభాకాంక్షలు.

చేనేత అనేది కేవలం ఒక వృత్తి కాదు. మన సంస్కృతికి, సంప్రదాయానికి, తెలుగు వారి కళా నైపుణ్యానికి నిలువెత్తు ప్రతీక. అందుకే 2019-24 మధ్య మా ప్రభుత్వంలో నేతన్నల జీవితాల్లో వెలుగులు నింపాలని, వారి కుటుంబాలకు ఆర్థిక భరోసా కల్పించాలని ప్రతి అడుగులోనూ వారికి అండగా నిలిచాం.

`వైయస్‌ఆర్‌ నేతన్న నేస్తం` ప‌థ‌కం ద్వారా అర్హ‌త క‌లిగిన ప్ర‌తి చేనేత కుటుంబానికి ఏటా రూ.24 వేల చొప్పున ఐదేళ్లలో రూ.1.20 లక్షలను నేరుగా వారి బ్యాంక్‌ ఖాతాల్లో జమ చేశాం. ఈ ఒక్క పథకం ద్వారానే రూ.969.77 కోట్లు అందించాం. నేతన్నల పింఛన్ల కోసం రూ.1,396.45 కోట్లు, ఆప్కో పాత బకాయిల చెల్లింపునకు రూ.468.84 కోట్లు వెచ్చించాం. వివిధ సంక్షేమ పథకాల ద్వారా మొత్తంగా రూ.3,706.16 కోట్ల సాయం అందించి నేతన్నలకు ఆర్థికంగా, సామాజికంగా మద్దతుగా నిలిచాం.

చేనేత మగ్గాలకు ఉచిత విద్యుత్‌, పవర్‌లూమ్స్‌కు రాయితీ విద్యుత్‌ అందించాం. నేతన్నలు తయారుచేసే వస్త్రాలకు దేశ, విదేశాల్లో మార్కెట్‌ కల్పించేందుకు ప్రముఖ ఈ-కామర్స్‌ సంస్థలతో ఒప్పందాలు చేసుకుని, వారి ఉత్పత్తులకు అంతర్జాతీయ గుర్తింపు తీసుకురావడానికి కృషి చేశాం.

కానీ @ncbn ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత రెండేళ్ల పాటు నేతన్న నేస్తాన్ని నిలిపివేసింది. ఏడాదికి రూ.25 వేలు అందిస్తామన్న ఎన్నికల హామీని గాలికొదిలేసింది. హ్యాండ్లూమ్స్‌కు నెలకు 200 యూనిట్లు, పవర్‌లూమ్స్‌కు 500 యూనిట్లు ఉచిత విద్యుత్‌ ఇస్తామని చెప్పి వాటినీ గాలికి వదిలేసింది. 1,03,534 కుటుంబాలకు పథకం వర్తింపజేస్తామని ప్రకటించి, ఇప్పుడు కేవలం 71,536 కుటుంబాలకు ఇస్తున్నట్లుగా ప్రకటనలు చేస్తోంది. చివరికి వారిలో ఎంతమందికి అందుతుందో చూడాలి. జీఎస్టీ రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్‌ హామీని కూడా అమలు చేయడం లేదు.
