Since last Thursday, when word spread that activists were mobilizing around Delaney Hall, I've been investigating the organizations, funding networks, communications infrastructure and coalition structure behind the protests outside the detention facility on Doremus Avenue.

Huge credit to my colleagues @M_Dorgan and @MizellPreston, who spent hours on the ground documenting agitators, photographing signs and organizational branding and capturing video that helped identify many of the groups involved.

We gpt valuable assistance from hi-tech researchers @DataRepublican @bitchuneedsoap @astrarce, whose work helped me connect important pieces of the puzzle. I call them America's Digital Avengers.

This story was reported under unusual circumstances. Much of my work happened from my father's hospital room while he battled sepsis and pneumonia. I worked between doctors' rounds during the day and through the night so he wouldn't wake up alone and disoriented.

The good news: he's improving, now in rehab and on the road to recovery.

And the best the agency can do when two of their own get caught allegedly smuggling pathogen vials is issue some limp statement about activating protocols and doing an audit? Fuck that. That’s not accountability. That’s ass-covering.

Rocky Mountain Laboratories is supposed to be one of the most secure high-containment facilities in the country. Instead we’ve got scientists allegedly playing fast and loose with live material from an active outbreak, lying to customs, and the institution that employed them responds like this was a minor paperwork fuck-up.

The same people who spent years demanding the public shut up and trust the experts were apparently running their own little import operation without following basic federal transport laws.

This isn’t a system that reformed. It’s a system that got caught. And the second they did, the response was the usual bureaucratic circle-jerk instead of actual consequences.

If this is what “oversight” looks like in 2026, then the whole goddamn enterprise is rotten to the core and needs to be burned down and rebuilt from scratch.

No more internal reviews. No more “protocols.” Real fucking accountability or shut it down.

Dr Magier jest lekarzem prowadzącym oddział intensywnej terapii dziecięcej, z doświadczeniem w szkoleniach z medycyny pola walki oraz po specjalistycznym kursie leczenia ciężkich urazów (w tym ran postrzałowych i kłutych).
Nie zgadza się z opinią patologa i sędziego, że Henry Nowak nie miał żadnych szans na przeżycie i ze skucie go w kajdanki nic w zasadzie nie zmieniło. Wręcz przeciwnie – istnieje duże prawdopodobieństwo, że to interwencja policji przyczyniła się do jego śmierci.
Przeanalizował on raport z sekcji, który wskazuje na uszkodzenie żyły podobojczykowej jako główne źródło krwawienia i tłumaczy, gdzie leży problem.

Nie był zatem jeszcze w stanie terminalnym. Po wykręceniu rąk do tyłu i skuciu za plecami najprawdopodobniej doszło do rozciągnięcia żyły, rozerwania skrzepu i gwałtownego nasilenia krwawienia. W ciągu zaledwie ok. trzech minut stracił przytomność i zmarł.
Osoby z podejrzeniem urazów wewnętrznych nigdy nie powinny być gwałtownie przemieszczane ani szarpane – takie działanie może zniszczyć naturalny skrzep i doprowadzić do masywnego krwotoku wewnętrznego.
Zamiast natychmiastowego wezwania zespołu ratownictwa medycznego i przekazania pacjenta w ręce ratowników, policja go skuła. Gdyby na miejscu jako pierwsi pojawili się paramedycy, szanse Henry’ego na przeżycie byłyby znacznie większe. "50%" - pisze dr Magier.
Ratownicy mogliby szybko założyć kroplówkę, podać płyny zwiększające objętość krwi krążącej oraz kwas traneksamowy stabilizujący skrzep, a w razie potrzeby wykonać dekompresję igłową (wkłucie grubej i długiej igły w płuco), bo problemem nie był tyle brak funkcji płuca, ale ucisk zalanego krwią płuca na serce i śródpiersie, który blokuje krążenie.
Co gorsza, incydent miał miejsce zaledwie kilka minut jazdy samochodem (2–3 minuty karetką na sygnale) od Southampton University Hospital – regionalnego Major Trauma Centre dysponującego pełnym zapleczem specjalistów, procedur i sprzętu. "Jestem przekonany, że gdyby Henry dotarł tam żywy, lekarze nie pozwoliliby mu umrzeć" - pisze dr Magier.
Podsumowując: agresywna interwencja policji, zamiast ratować życie, doprowadziła do śmierci przez nieodpowiednie postępowanie z ciężko ranionym człowiekiem, mimo że najwyższej klasy opieka była w zasięgu kilku minut. "Obawiam się, że Sędzia i patolog byli zbyt łaskawi dla policji" - pisze dr Magier.

One of the core problems with Western thinking is this bizarre compulsion to constantly accommodate outsiders, even when it means bending rules that are supposed to apply to everyone. England has a long history of this. Many law students will remember the famous Mandla v Dowell Lee case, where Sikhs were suddenly treated as a race, which meant Sikh kids could wear turbans to school while everyone else was told they couldn't cover their heads. The same thing happened with motorcycle helmets. They're mandatory for everyone, except Sikhs. And, as everyone is now painfully aware, the same thing happened with knives as well.

In every case, a group was given special rights and exemptions that nobody else enjoyed. Being a Sikh is not even an immutable characteristic. It's a religion. Yet somehow that became the basis for creating a separate set of rules.

You simply cannot have that in a country that claims to believe in the rule of law. Either the rules apply equally or they don't. Ironically, many of the non-Western countries routinely accused of having weak rule-of-law traditions are far less likely to hand out these kinds of identity-based carve-outs in the first place.
