@JOBhakdi Either:
1. Market makers ignore this because they are still intent on profiting off the dead cat bounce and want $200s, or
2. Tesla has lost all credibility with investors and announcing the launch of its most important product ever doesn't even register anymore.
@herbertong Tesla's credibility is so shot that the announcement of the imminent release of its most important product ever actually resulted in a red day.
@StonksGoFubar@CuriousPejjy We always joke about extending Elon's timelines, but what exponential revenue target has actually been realized? It's perpetually just over the horizon.
@grant_melson Just wait until after the merger and people start asking what's taking the space data centers so long:
"we do need to be cautious about any accidents or causing any harm to anyone with our space data centers" - Elon
@SirBradford@pdicarlotrader Am I correct in understanding this to be Robinhood: (1) promoting cheap options and equities trading to act as liquidity for market makers, and (2) selling retail trading data, stop losses etc. to market makers, thereby screwing retail twice over?
If so, good point.
@beachoffice365@pdicarlotrader Yeah, sometimes. I have Nov 28 $560 sold and slightly nervous with the whale option flow suggesting a massive move.
But you should be rolling your options to later months/higher strikes when you get nervous rather than buying back (unless you sold really tight strikes).
