Happy Easter to all of our supporters & followers! We've had teams out all over the weekend supporting our patients & colleagues, making a difference with some excellent joint working with @HIOWAA @SCAS999@LiphookFire13@HantsPolice to name a few.

@jewett6a @AndyMcKinlay10 @Scotambservice Perhaps, although pretty much all instances of this error have stopped since its introduction. It's another aid to help prevent the error, another slice of cheese if you will. The eradication of identical meds probably lies with manufacturers and industry standards.

Great meeting today between team members from @BASICS_SCAS & @HIOWAA as we look to explore how joined up thinking can provide clinical outcome patient benefit across our region! @SCAS999@scacharity 👍
Why do some still see the KED as a good primary extrication tool - slow, no spinal protection, can be painful and significantly impairs ventilation #RTC#extrication - if you want lifting handles there are better options.
Busy week - 18 deployments - mix of proactive shifts and response from home. Supporting our amazing crews and volunteers working alongside the incredible @HIOWAA for the best possible outcomes in some challenging situations. @scacharity@SCAS999 @Smarterm3tering #V3
