@Frigidaire Just purchased a brand new refrigerator. In less than 2 months, I have had 2 techs come out who cannot fix the problem. Called Frigidaire and was told that I have to pay for replacement part. Then I was hung up on because there's nothing they can do. That's absurd!
@PlanmoreTeam another question related to syncing. What about the additional calendars I’ve added to Planmore, like my work calendar which will never be the default calendar on my device.
@PlanmoreTeam is there a sync button/function that I’m missing? Changes made in my, for example, linked Google Calendar, take a very long time to sync in the app. Thanks!
@ADT we haven’t had service in over a month. Can’t get through to customer service and was just told by the cancellation department that we can’t cancel today. Where can I file a complaint? Better Business Bureau? Attorney General’s Office?
@OptimumHelp Currently on the phone with an extremely disrespectful and rude "customer service rep". Third time trying to resolve a problem Optimum tech created. Unacceptable.
