@preemptiveRS@JagexSupport@JagexAsh Real world trading often occurs when people trade their accounts to other people. You remain responsible for your account’s activities regardless of who is logged into your account. Jagex won’t show the evidence to avoid compromising their detection systems.
@ainardi_vicente@JagexHelpSamo may have more advice, but I think you need to submit another recovery request with more information about the account (creation date, first password, etc).
