Today we held the first Greater Manchester Youth Forum meeting of 2025 at Stockport, which I enjoyed chairing. It was a fab day with lots of units represented from across the district. I can’t wait to see what we can achieve this year as the voice for GM youth! 💚

This afternoon, I attended the Greater Manchester St John Ambulance Carol Service at the stunning Bolton Parish Church alongside representatives from across Greater Manchester.

A beautiful service featuring a heartfelt reading from the outgoing Cadet of the Year 2024 and inspiring words from the new Cadet of the Year 2025.

We were honoured by the presence of the High Sheriff of Greater Manchester and several Mayors and Mayoresses. What a memorable day!

Yesterday marked the grand opening ceremony of the inaugural #SJANationalCamp🏕️, bringing together over 650 cadets and badgers, along with 200 youth leaders from all across the country and commanderies.

Also, I got to see @DcotyGM demonstrating some line dancing skills he learnt at the National Cadet competition last weekend.
