My nan, a cleaner working for Pinnacle and employed by Westminster City Council, had a bucket of urine thrown on her from a height, hitting her directly in the eyes. This is absolutely unacceptable. No one should face such abuse at work. @AdamHug @PDimoldenberg @CityWestminster
