@NissanUK I’ve had my new Micra EV a month or so now, since delivery I’ve had this message in the Data settings, and ‘Activate this service’ doesn’t do anything when tapped - how do I resolve this? Could this be why I don’t have remote lock/unlock in the app?

@bt_uk I’ve tried calling, twice, and live chat. After being given the run around on live chat, told to call EE, strangely to sort out my BT billing. That was when I hit a brick wall trying to explain simple maths.
Your customers shouldn’t need to have to explain billing to CS.

After radio silence they have now decided to inform me they don't have a van big enough to fit a bicycle in.

As a customer waiting for a delivery - the distinction between them matters little to me. It's coming via DHL, and it's turning into a farce.
A logistics company not having a big enough van for a packaged up bicycle is ridiculous.
