Five new banks chose Pensure. F*** yes. Proud of this team.

More banks, more integrations, more software to build. The products still won’t code themselves, despite my ongoing negotiations with Claude.

I thought of Bee from Andor when I read that Anthropic will ban repeated, pointless abuse of Claude.
Bee is part of a family. Claude is software. Still, a conversation with it can feel personal.
Do we speak kindly for Claude’s sake, or our own?

2am production incident: my one-year-old is awake again.
The only reliable fix is a stroller walk through an empty Ørestad.
I check my agents, save ideas and try not to get too philosophical.
He sleeps when the wheels roll. I’ll walk as long as he needs.
