Tomorrow I’ll be presenting at #Pitchstock2026 on a topic I’m passionate about:
How an athletes physical profile influences movement solutions available to them and why individualized coaching beats one size fits all mechanics

@bryan_johnson Grip correlates to mortality ≠predicts. Think about what surrounds an elderly person with higher grip strength. Physically active, take care of themselves, don’t isolate, etc. It’s not the grip strength, it’s their quality of life that creates grip strength. 🛑 the scare tactic
@DThomasStealth@gkmcahill@natelorenzen@grok Different stroke. Also you need to pick one. Either you were a national level swimmer, or you often swam in 4 lane pools. Very few national level meets are held in that size pool compared to 6 or 8 lane
Bears fans, I appreciate all the votes thus far making me the #1 safety. Let’s keep it that way!! Thank you in advance #ProBowlVote + Kevin Byard
Retweets counts as a vote too ‼️

@ckgjr33@ziggy_zagg@CutlerToForte I said restructuring happens all over the league, even good teams and provided you an example. Can’t you just look up the restructures instead of me having to show you? You made the claim restructures was a desperation move. (Insert “🤣” cuz I think I did something)
@ckgjr33@ziggy_zagg@CutlerToForte There is no current trend of our front office haphazardly restructuring contracts and digging a hole. Doing so in a one off year to make the team more competitive isn’t considered a last resort move. Restructuring happens all over the league, even amongst well run teams.
SOURCE: I’m being told Ben Johnsons interview went well. I’m also told it may have went bad. He joined the zoom call and was happy with the Bears but thought they were cheap because their zoom call kept lagging. I’ll reach out for more info but ben johnson may become Head Coach or he may not. We’ll find out more in the next couple weeks. That’s when teams can either hire him or not.
