@tfwrail Hi - can you please advise your policy on expired “delay pay” vouchers? My elderly mother has one issued Feb 2020 (expired Feb 2021) but obviously we’ve all been impacted by Covid in that time. Would you consider an extension so she can use it this Summer please?

@pizzahutuk They’ve offered a £10 refund on a £35+ order. Food in that state wouldn’t have been put in front of me at your restaurant, pretty sure it wasn’t handed to Uber in that state either 😔 Unacceptable on their part.
