Children may not have a vote, but they deserve a voice.
I am calling on every party leader to hold a debate for children before the election and every manifesto to consider how its pledges impact children’s lives, their families and their futures.

Delighted that NHSE are launching a new ADHD Taskforce that will bring together cross sector expertise in providing a joined up response to the current concerns in providing care. This will build on the findings from the initial review-pleased to be supporting this important work
Hi. It's less than two weeks until the launch of Gloucestershire Youth Neurodiversity Project. We want to use this 3 years to make Gloucestershire the best place in the UK to grow up neurodivergent. Please do come to the launch on April 10th see

It’s nearly 3 years since this expert opinion by leading U.K. mental health professionals appeared. What’s changed ? Are politicians and NHS managers listening and acting?
The theme of year's #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek is 'My Voice Matters', and it couldn't be more pertinent. Children don’t feel their voices are heard and taken into account and we must change that especially when it comes to mental health and well-being.

Just look at the STATE of our children’s health in the 5/6th richest country in the 🌎!
Today’s real term cuts in Public health grant will only serve to worsen this. This is about poor ?ignorant decision making. We MUST change this? @WeSchoolNurses@iHealthVisiting@andrealeadsom
Stigmatisation of #ADHD is so Victorian. Remember that only 100 years ago, people with epilepsy found it very hard to get regular jobs - in fact we still put epileptics into asylums. Backward-thinking psychiatrists spreading misinformation are so damaging! Thanks Additude.
So good to see #Neurodiversity is being mentioned more and more widely. My #adhd son would still be with us if he had had support from the community that is building now
A tragic story about the dangers of self-medication for #Neurodivergent people. #Autism and #adhd make people very vulnerable to drugs to self-medicate NOT for kicks. Professionals, families and individuals need early education about this risk, https://t.co/EfdlGFyqV7
Saying this shortage of supply is die to ‘Excessive Demand’ implies overuse. This is NOT the reality. 1.8 million UK citizens (at least ) live with ADHD. Only 220,000 use medication. ( 8 million use anti depressants). ADHD is still significantly under diagnosed @DHSCgovuk@NHSuk
