Just so we are on the same page he is refering to dictator @KagutaMuseveni
Yap, he pretty much sums up the state of Uganda, we are sure headed for disaster. It's simply a matter of when.
More than 3 years after construction began, the UGX 3.3 billion Kijunjubwa Seed Secondary School in Masindi District remains incomplete.
During today's #StandAgainstCorruption inspection, officials from @IGGUganda said the contractor is now liable for liquidated damages,pre-agreed financial penalties deducted for every day a project exceeds its contractual completion date. The IGG has given the contractor 2 weeks to complete the outstanding works.
Led by District Chairperson Patrick Wobusobozi, Masindi leaders questioned the contractor's repeated failure to meet deadlines, the contractor keeps saying they will finish the work in 2 weeks.
Concerns were raised about the quality of the work already done. Toilets with open sewer channels, dirty and uncovered water collection points that pose health and safety risks to learners, clogged urinals, poorly painted walls, and an unpaved compound, among other defects that require rectification before the project can be handed over.
@ntvuganda It is evidence of how deluded and arogant Muhoozi is and also the disappearence of his father M7 who no longer seems to call the shots or restrain his childish tantrum throwing son.
It's DAY 547 since PC Charles Bahati of Bushenyi shot dead, Julius Ssemwaka, driver of UAX 480C & 'fled' on a boda boda, from armed patrol policemen. Police 'recovered' only the gun. Let's retweet daily to remind @igp_ug1, @CID1_UG & @PoliceUg to #ArrestSuspectPCCharlesBahati.

In 1993, this photo of Belgian soldiers roasting a Somali boy alive went viral.
The soldiers were in Mogadishu as part of a 5,000-strong UN-led "peacekeeping" mission codenamed Operation Restore Hope in Somalia.
The image shocked the world.
What happened in November 1997, was even more shocking — A Belgian court acquitted the two soldiers.
Faith Zaba, a prominent Zimbabwean journalist, has been acquitted by the High Court after nearly a year of prosecution over a satirical column targeting President Emmerson Mnangagwa.

When big people fall sick, they start giving us the impression that if they are treated in Uganda they risk dying! What are they actually telling the rest of us!
@ntvuganda We should also consider all East African citizens to vote in Uganda's elections if people with zero affiliation want the authority to vote a person who doesn't represent them.
