@TheAhmadOsman I bought a Mac mini before the hype for a non-ai reason. I’ve been really happy with using it for ai. It doesn’t run Hermes well (tool calls time out) but it’s been fun, and useful to me.
Just learned that the couple who aborted their baby for having Downs was a) documenting the story for weeks for clicks and b) has a disabled dog they've spent tons of $$ keeping alive. Anyone who pretends this is some morally gray issue rather that straight-up evil is either stupid or lying.
Spencer Pratt got 0 out of 24,000 votes in a late night LA ballot drop.
0/24,000
A guy getting around 30% support got 0 out of 24,000.
Astronomically small probability of happening.
Impossible.
California no longer even hides it.
Doors need to be kicked in.
30 anos.
Por 30 anos o PC foi a mesma coisa: Intel ou AMD dentro, GPU do lado, e torce pra não travar.
A NVIDIA acabou com isso numa keynote.
RTX Spark. Primeiro chip deles para computador pessoal. CPU, GPU e memória num único silício. ARM, 3nm, 1 petaflop de IA local.
Num laptop de 14mm.
Rodou Forza Horizon 6 e 007 First Light no palco a 100 FPS em 1440p. Fora da tomada. Sem throttling. No Windows.
@Mephitus_Skunk I looked at two properties last week both were under $100k. Both were immediately livable for a small family (that’s who I’ll likely rent to).
Democratic socialists like Bernie Sanders routinely propose to socialize something created under capitalism (for instance, AI companies) without asking why it was created under capitalism and not socialism in the first place.
@KyleMatovcik I just looked at two properties last week both were 2bed 1bath, both were under $90k.
It’s a great place to start. Save money and use the equity on another house in 10 years.
The house in the photo is t a starter house.
The woe is me comments are pretty disappointing.
Cheap housing, high paying jobs, a great place to live. Pick any two.
Boomers and Gen X moved an hour away from our jobs bc we couldn’t afford the ones near the jobs either.
There are < $200k houses all over America. You can still do this.
It seems people today would rather complain than solve their problem. 🙄
If taxing unrealized gains is somehow “unfair” for billionaires holding stock, then why are middle class homeowners hit every year with rising property taxes based on the unrealized value of their home?
Most people haven’t sold their house. They haven’t “realized” anything. Yet the tax bill keeps going up anyway.
