OpenAI banned my $200/mo account with no warning and no reason (Recidivism?). My appeal was auto-closed. No refund. No way to export my chat history.

Now they've sent me 62,500 credits… for an account I can't access.

What does "Recidivism" even mean? That's the only explanation I get. I didn't receive any warnings before it. Tried appealing, rejected with no reason no refund.
