The battle against septal substrate is nicely summarized in this post transplant heart. The midseptal stripe is visualized even on gross and the best lesions do not penetrate beyond 50%. Great collaboration with HF on this tough substrate! @AnnNguyenMD @spinneymd @JonGrinstein
