@Easyjet you’ve done it yet again! Flight home at 7-30, delayed x3 then loaded onto a bus at 10-30 out to our newly arrived plane only to be told the crew have exceeded their hours. Back off the bus and waiting for a ‘rescue flight’ scheduled to take off at 2am home by 5am! FFS!

@HLTCO I did the same and we both knew we probably won’t ever get the chance to do it again, but I was determined to get us both there for one last blast, even if it meant driving him to the Wembley arch and forgoing all alcohol for the day! Was the best decision I ever made!

Amazing day yesterday watching an historic #cpfc win at Wembley. The youngest in our group of 11 was 5 and the oldest 79. 1 from Miami, others South London. We will never forget that day or the moment we shared at the final whistle, but if we do, we have this video! #FACupFinal

Home 24 hours late after @easyjet nightmare in Palma. Checked in and told flight on time, flight cancelled by the time we reached the gate! No staff, no help finding bags and told only flight home was Thursday! Had to book own hotel and flights with Iberia via Madrid to get home!

@wildlifeaid this female roe deer has been visiting us for years and this year is the first time without babies and looking in quite a sad state. Her daughter is also in the garden with her twins from this year at the moment. Is she ok, can we do anything to improve her coat?

Been attending @EpsomRacecourse for years and tonight is the biggest shambles ever. Little options on food, only 2 bars open, staff that have no training at all. 1 guy took 10 mins to serve 2 bottles of wine(no glasses required) ! Missed a race to queue 25 mins for 2 drinks!

Not a great experience with @budgetuk at Verona airport when the car you booked turns up looking like it’s been in a demolition Derby, they take 70 euros for a full tank of fuel when you returned it full and then 2 months of chasing customer services achieves zero responses!

@TalkTalk My MIL is 86 and widowed, rang to change name on her account and set up a house move but you disconnected her. Noone has responded to account change and move requests despite escalation to CO office. She moves tomorrow and will be without her emergency alarm . Help!

@SkyHelpTeam 3 hours on 5 separate calls in past 3 weeks, no openreach engineer in sight! No call back as promised, no email comms and now on hold for 30 mins again! Shocking customer service and pandemic is not an excuse for waiting this long!
