Everybody can't go.
This is the hardest lesson. You'll spend years trying to bring people with you. Family. Friends. Teammates. People you love and you respect. You want to set them free.
You'll share what you've learned. Show them what you've built. Explain how you escaped. But not everyone will follow.
Some are too comfortable in their chains. They can't see the cage they're in. They would rather complain about the system than leave it.
Some don't want the responsibility that comes with freedom.
They will choose familiar suffering over unfamiliar possibility. The path to freedom is always narrow. The crowd is always going the other direction.
The job isn't to drag people to freedom. Your job is to be free yourself. Show them what's possible. To leave the door open.
But not everybody will walk through it.
And everybody can't go.

🚨"I would never talk to a doctor about my general health ever again. If I break my arm I’ll go see a doctor. If I need surgery, I’ll see a doctor. But my general health? Never again.
None of them know what they’re talking about. All they know is to put you on pills"🚨

"Just Because Cholesterol Is At The Scene Of The Crime, Doesn't Mean It's The Perpetrator."
Dr Aseem Malhotra, Cardiologist
"Cholesterol Is Not The Driver Of Atherosclerosis Plaque. Cholesterol Is The Firefighter, The First Responder."
We find cholesterol in these fatty deposits in the inner lining of the artery, these plaques, but the cholesterol is also there with lots of immune cells.
The damage to the lining of the inner artery is caused by lifestyle factors such as smoking, sugar & stress...
And then the response to that damage to try & heal the artery is when you get these deposits & cholesterol is there.
Cholesterol is not the driver, it just happens to be at the scene of the crime.
Atherosclerosis is an inflammatory disease. Not a cholesterol disease or a statin deficiency.
LDL is an important transport molecule involved in the immune system & contains vital heart nutrients like CoQ10, Vitamin E & antioxidants.
True Causes of Inflammation & Atherosclerosis:
Industrial Seed Oils
Processed Sugar
Carbohydrates
Insulin Resistance
Ultra Processed Foods
Smoking
Obesity
Environmental Toxins
Poor Sleep
Low Vitamin D Levels
Magnesium Deficiency
K2 Deficiency
Lack of Exercise
Stress
A low carbohydrate diet prioritizing nutrient dense animal foods, eliminating harmful seed oils & sugar, provides the best healthy cholesterol profile.
This approach keeps Triglycerides low & HDL high, which is one of the best biomarkers for heart health. TG/HDL ratio optimally should be less than 2.0 & even better at 1.5 or less.

To sell statins, we're told cholesterol damages arteries—in reality, it repairs arterial injury. Statins hence don't prevent death and give 20% of users muscle, liver, or nerve damage.
If you know someone on a statin, please read @MidwesternDoc's article https://t.co/TRqy20os4c

Smart Idea! I just saw a projection of $1MM for BTC... I'd like to see a healthcare solution that replaces our current failed system with a bitcoin type payment system. I'd call it Med-Coin. My clients currently pay over $24,000 a year into a health insurance system that still requires family deductibles/MOOP of an additional $18,000 in 2025, which is deemed "affordable" by ACA/CMS standards. What if instead that money was placed in bitcoin type deposits on a med-card that was then used to pay for services, utilizing a re-insurance model similar to level-funding programs utilized by group plans currently.
