Justine Diamond of Minneapolis, age 40, stepped outside in her pajamas after hearing strange sounds outside of her window. She called 911 and when the officer arrived, she greeted him to explain the situation.

The unarmed woman was immediately shot by Mohamad Noor, the first Somali American officer of the Minneapolis Police Department.
