@bismarkhen@zanzziioyayay He did. But there were strict image code amongst Napoleon’s inner circle and marshals wich is most probably why it’s not represented in his portraits. He did not have it in the earlier and later years of the war though. You can look up Murat at Eylau he is drawn with it.
@GodChild114 @zanzziioyayay He’s basically the peacock cavalry general. Had extravagant uniforms and personnality, really good cavalry commander and decisive to a lot of Napoleon big victories with good scouting ahead of battle, charges and he’s also the one securing his coup by stepping in with his troops.
@pipocostein@mister_mis29144@puiglover6 Eh. Without the invasion, war would have still happened. I believe that in any cases. The coalitions would have never stopped no matter what peace treaty Napoleon would have taken. Or concessions he made. It was certainly stupid yes. The coalition wanted the old balance back.
@N_Wainright@CGM0914@DrEliDavid You’re british mate, according to you that means you had a 8 century rivalry against a country that keep surrendering ? Either you fucking suck or you’re just being dishonest
@JamieThackSF@GorilleFlanagan You say you’re a veteran yet you go and mock soldiers that died for their countries ? Where is the mutual respect for those who fought mate ?
@OGHunterKiller@harvv@DiscussingFilm I think it’s because it’s still set in a specific time period and that we do know what those soldiers were geared with and what armor they wore.
