This is extremely disappointing @letsblinkit and unacceptable service from Blinkit. I specifically ordered CHILLED Diet Coke, and your own product listing clearly mentions “CHILLED.” However, you have once again failed to deliver what was explicitly promised.

If Blinkit cannot fulfil such a basic requirement mentioned in its own listing, what is the point of offering it? Customers pay for the promised service, not for repeated disappointments.

I want this matter investigated seriously, and I expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. Please do not respond with a generic apology or a scripted message. I expect a concrete resolution, whether through a suitable refund or compensation for failing to deliver the product as advertised.

I have attached screenshots as proof. Please take accountability for this issue and resolve it satisfactorily. I expect a proper response from your team rather than another dismissive reply.

Order #222404579, placed at 9:50 PM, was supposed to be delivered around 10:30 PM. Since then, the ETA has been repeatedly pushed by 10 minutes at a time. The app itself shows “Running Late.”
What makes this worse is that neither customer support nor the delivery partner is responding properly, and the delivery partner is not answering calls. Customers should not have to keep waiting indefinitely after paying for an order.
This is a complete failure of delivery management and customer service. If you cannot meet the promised delivery time, communicate honestly instead of continuously changing the ETA.
I want an immediate resolution, a clear explanation for this delay, and appropriate compensation/refund for the inconvenience caused.
Please escalate this complaint and have someone from the responsible team contact me immediately.
