completely unreliable? Plus they convinced me to subscribe to a phone service that I never use, and then started charging me for that after a year. What a scam, this can't be legal for much longer?

@OptimumHelp I was paying for gigabit service for over a year, then @optimum automatically downgraded me to 100 Mb per second, started charging me for $10 more for basic Internet at 100 Mb, and is trying to use their optimum Wi-Fi as a selling point when their Wi-Fi network is
