@FrankLaRose The League of Women Voters of Ohio has sent requests to your office for meeting since mid-January. Let's talk!

[Jen Miller LWVO @JenMillerLWVO]

Happy Election Day!

[Jen Miller LWVO @JenMillerLWVO]

The General Assembly passed a law that it's the only entity to schedule elections, then ran the clock out so that voters couldn't have the Ohio State House & Senate races on their ballots this week. Now they're still gerrymandering & not setting a 2nd primary. #fairmapsnow

[Jen Miller LWVO @JenMillerLWVO]

A little factchecking before this afternoon's Redistricting Commission meeting. The independent general assembly maps are Constitutional and better than any adopted by the Commission (and therefore struck down by the Ohio Supreme Court)! https://t.co/wZE6YU8Ob4

[Jen Miller LWVO @JenMillerLWVO]

The independent, bipartisan General Assembly maps are more compact and have fewer splits than any of the maps that the Redistricting Commission have adopted. AND THEY ARE FAIR! #fairmapsnow #fairdistrictsohio #AdopttheIndependentMaps #endgerrymanderingOhio

[Jen Miller LWVO @JenMillerLWVO]

Reminder to the Redistricting Commission: Competitiveness is NOT in the Ohio Constitution. But fairness is! Adopt the independent, bipartisan maps.

[Jen Miller LWVO @JenMillerLWVO]

Gov DeWine: it IS possible to make Constitutional General Assembly maps; the independent mappers did it! Their maps were more fair, more compact that any map you've adopted.

Here's something I think should be major national news:

Two Trump-appointed federal judges have set the stage to use a redistricting map that the Ohio Supreme Court found to be unconstitutionally gerrymandered. How? Republicans manufactured a crisis...

Today is the "drop-dead date" & yet the Ohio Redistricting Commission doesn't have any meetings scheduled. #FairMaps #EndGerrymanderingOhio https://t.co/QWiFw9snwn

[WomenMovingMillions @WomMovMillions]

Last week we came together at our Annual Summit to envision a new era of resources by and for women. We believe women are the best placed to decide how, why & how resources are distributed, and this is the best way to see transformation on gender equality worldwide.

Ohioans, do you want HB 616 (restricting the teaching of sexual orientation/gender identity/race) to become law in Ohio?

LEGAL ANALYSIS: @SpectrumNews1OH's @RileyTopping says the federal court made the right decision, based on technicalities, when it comes to the TRO motion to stop the certification of congressional race results in the May 3rd primary.

[League of Women Voters of Ohio @lwvohio]

Critics of the bill, like @cmarozzi1 with @acluohio and @JenMillerLWVO with @lwvohio, say this would lead to voter suppression.
This bill is also not necessary, Miller added.
“This is a solution searching for a problem,” she said.
