Made one pan Lasagna. Got the recipe from here and it is very nice 😋

This quick pan lasagna is a one-skillet hack!

Simmer meat sauce (ground beef, onions, peppers, tomato sauce) in a large pan.
Break uncooked lasagna noodles into pieces and layer on top, pressing down to submerge.
Cover and cook ~8-10 min until noodles are tender.
Top with shredded mozzarella + chopped parsley. Melt cheese, then serve with a spatula for cheesy layers.

Easy weeknight win! 🔥
