The 2 hosts of the Today show asked Karen Read the most out-of-touch, completely absurd questions imaginable that in no way make contact with reality. I can see why they've lost 46% of their audience over the last decade.

UPDATE on corrupt cop Michael Proctor's attempt to dodge a deposition by Karen Read's lawyers Monday:

An emergency hearing has been scheduled for 8:45 a.m. Monday in front of Judge Mark Gildea, at which time the judge will be asked to compel the despicable monster to testify.

Sadly, it seems like a futile gesture. His lawyer will say Proctor is "unavailable," for no doubt very tragic reasons.

"Bear" Proctor had been scheduled to testify, under oath, at 9 a.m. in Boston.

He waited until 3 p.m. Friday to inform the court he'd decided to take a slide.

The date had been set months ago. More than 15 lawyers from all sides of the wrongful-death civil case were going to be downtown for the deposition, including Alan Jackson, who'd flown in from LA.

But as a crooked state trooper, Bear figures he has the right to give the middle finger to every law-abiding citizen he's ever tried to railroad.

Bent state cops NEVER show up for their first hearings/depositions. However serious the charges, they're always no-shows, MIA.

I wonder if Jackson et al. would have asked Proctor about his recorded statement to a fellow crooked cop that he liked to plant cocaine on defendants.

"Trooper Proctor, did you ever 'plant' any other sorts of evidence on other innocent parties, either in the Town of Canton or elsewhere in Norfolk County?"

In the halls of justice, the only justice is in the halls.

She said things like, "Did I hit him? Could I have hit him?". Are you seriously expecting anyone to trust any one of them?
