Can’t believe, I am shaking rn but need to share how i made $150K from the $Standard launch
i'd been running a sniper bot on robinhood for a few weeks. nothing fancy on paper: rust, my own rh node, hosted in the same AWS region as the robinhood sequencer. ping to the sequencer: 9ms. that number was the whole business.
here's the problem with $Standard. it was on robinhood. rh had no public mempool. you couldn't see the pool before it existed, and by the time it showed up on dexscreener the block was already closed and 2,000 people were fighting for block 1. block 1 was where you lost money.
so the bot didn't watch the token. it watched the deployer.
since the mint news dropped i'd had a scraper mapping every wallet that funded the contracts the agency behind the launch was using, plus a handful of fresh wallets that had been funded and hadn't moved. Fable 5.1 scored them. one of them was the deployer with ~90% confidence. i wasn't sharing which.
the trigger was PoolManager.initialize() from that wallet. uniswap v4 — the only event that mattered. the moment my node saw it in the sequencer's block stream, the bot already knew the pool id, the token address, and the initial price. no waiting for a CA post, no waiting for a telegram.
then the part nobody did. a 7% buy from one wallet didn't work: max-wallet caps, slippage, and you'd end up holding 0.4% at a 40x. so i had 140 wallets, funded a month earlier, all with pre-signed transactions sitting in memory. same block, 140 buys, each sized to stay under whatever cap they'd set. the sequencer ordered by arrival, and i arrived first.
before it fired, Fable 5.1 pulled the bytecode and ran it through a local fork in under 200ms: sell tax, blacklist function, hidden mint, trading-enabled flag. the contract had a launch-phase tax set to 90%, a trap meant to punish exactly this kind of buy. but the tax function keyed off tx.origin instead of msg.sender, and my 140 wallets routed through one relayer contract, so every buy read as a single "origin" that never crossed the tiered tax check. looked airtight in the four functions everyone reads, broken in the one nobody bothers to.
the math was simple. 1B supply, 30% locked for founders. real float was ~500M. i took 70M of it. if $Standard did even $100M market cap, that was ~$7M sitting in wallets i controlled.
one block, one trade. that was the whole plan.
...none of that happened. no bot, no 140 wallets, no relayer exploit, no $150. made it up start to finish .. just wanted to see how it read

I believe a panda-related IP deserves to make it onto Binance Alpha at some point. In Chinese culture, the panda is regarded as a national treasure and one of the country’s most iconic symbols.
What makes this narrative especially interesting is the connection to BNC:
BNC is a Nasdaq-listed BNB treasury company holding approximately 515,000 BNB.
YZi Labs is more than just an investor—it is BNC’s largest shareholder and is directly represented on the board.
BNC acquired Fat Panda, an active vape business built around panda branding.
So when you put everything together:
BNC — a major BNB treasury company
Fat Panda — an operating panda brand acquired by BNC
Panda — China’s national treasure
There is no official connection to Binance Alpha yet, but the narrative itself is simple and compelling:
BNB Network Company literally owns a panda brand.
