@David_J_Bier The trespassing argument is an analogy. And something I learned doing political activism in NH is: Be careful using analogies, for if they’re not perfect, they can backfire spectacularly. In this case, outing nativists as authoritarian collectivists is an awesome example of this.

The problem is that you're not targeting the real problem:

End the 3rd party exemption. The actual issue is that cops can use, without warrant civilian (or company) collected data.

This shouldn't be a loop hole around the 4th. You should be just banning that, then the flock cameras go away because they can't get dragnet warrants which has already been ruled by the supreme court.
