Hey @ATT - what is the deal in Orlando? I’ve had no service since Monday. Smart Home Manager only ever shows the same status. Yet, it also gives me messages every 2 hours that the outage is resolved. Oh, and you spam me via text. This is pathetic and I’m close to canceling.

@TivnanMartin @ATT Same story here. Going on 72 hours. Support won’t tell me anything. I watch the resolution estimates get pushed out several times per day. I got broadband up and running from a competitor faster than @ATT could fix this outage. Truly unacceptable.
