Was very excited to see all the interest in our off-the-shelf NK cell therapy given in combination with Allogeneic stem cell transplant for patients with high-risk AML. For many patients this was their second SCT and many others had TP53 mutated. Indicating high risk. #ASH24#AML

@GhayasIssa@MDAndersonNews presents results from the phase I/II SAVE trial of revumenib plus ASTX727 and venetoclax in pediatric and adult patients with R/R AML.
This all-oral regimen demonstrated high response rates, with an ORR of 82%, and an acceptable safety profile in heavily pretreated patients with R/R KMT2Ar, NPM1 mutated, or NUP98r AML.
