@easyJet Thanks. Will do. Have you any idea how many scammers are posing as EasyJet staff. They very nearly conned me out of £500. Luckily my bank was vigilant. Should I report these accounts?

Just been blocked by a scammer. Beware of anyone purporting to be from @easyJet customer service on here. Having said that, at least they get back to you, unlike EasyJet, who don't seem to care about their customers.

So @easyJet , I was contacted by some scammers pretending to be you and offering me compensation, but at least they got in touch. You continue to ignore me over the refund I'm due. Dreadful lack of customer care!

Hi @easyJet , no reply to my post of yesterday, I see. Do you think your refunds policy is ethical? It doesn't look like it to me. I paid £8 for a drinks voucher and you didn't register it. Very shabby!

@ndutton13 Neither of us knew at the time. After my rant at the staff and paying without checking the amount, she confided that she'd not been charged. We laughed and I had no idea 'til it popped up on my statement.

@ndutton13 What I didn't add was that they charged me for my drinks, plus the Spanish woman's sitting next to me. Never seen her before, never will again!
