@LettsScience Heading into the venture capital world! Slowly transitioning part time over summer- will send you an email to fill you in and see how you're doing!
It's been a long and winding road, but I've officially earned my #phd Many, many thanks to all those along the way who have inspired me, assisted me, supported me, and laughed with me. #cuny#ccny#biochemistry#DNAreplication
Excited to be highlighted in this month's STEM feature (and a bit nervous to share some of my art). #STEM#CryoEM#helicase
Thank you, @NSF and @NSF_BIO ๐ฉ๐ปโ๐ฌ๐ฌโ๏ธ๐จ
We release a Topaz GUI and several updates: https://t.co/6nlC1h4qpX Topaz is a novel deep learning particle picker that can pick any shape & size particle, e.g. all orientations of the particles in the logo. The GUI works on modern web browsers; test here: https://t.co/i3WoshspX0
a nice writeup from @CUNY about some of our work in the @DJx1001 lab at #CCNY! #DNAReplication#helicase#CryoEM a special thanks to our funders @nsf and @NSF_BIO and to @eLife for allowing us to get this work out into the science sphere!

Our paper showing that detergents - in this case CHAPSO - may completely eliminate air-water interface adsorption is now in press and is open access. I'm interested to know if others have found similar behavior with their protein and detergent! https://t.co/oiOLD28M6M
very honored to be the receipient of this year's Horst Schulz Biochemistry award at #CUNY (and titled the talk as a nod to my mom's fave musician and my home state of NJ). CUNY grad school friends, if you're around on Feb22- come heckle me ๐
Congrats to @GC_BiochemPhD student Jillian Chase at Jeruzalmiโs lab @CityCollegeNY on winning the 2018 Horst Schulz Award for her paper โMechanisms of Opening and Closing of the Bacterial Replicative Helicase." Jillian will receive the award on 2/22/19 @ 1:00pm @GC_CUNY.
