@karensdiner Had tickets for KD on tour for Middlesbrough on 21st ,no email to let us know it was cancelled. We weren't the only ones who turned up. We have been trying to contact you for a refund and getting nowhere! Really disappointing!! Amd yes I do sound like a karen!! 🤣

@BritishGas trying to register an online account for an account for my elderly mother that you have already cocked up and it asks for a 12 digit reference off any correspondence.....no customer references on any letters or emails so what do you suggest we do now?
