@AddisonLeeHelp hi there I have several extra charges on my cc after using you for an airport pick up on Tuesday. There is no explanation why. The charges total almost the amount of the total fare. Please can you help?
Hi I just got a receipt and there is a £24 charge for 17mins waiting however there was no waiting as the booking was brought forward and the person being collected was at the waiting point ahead of time

@TUIUK Trying to reach you multiple ways without success. Our holiday was cancelled with 12 hours notice 28 May. You advised on email we were entitled to €350 each compensation but are now reneging on that referring to EU rules re flight distance.
Furthermore we had our whole holiday cancelled not just the flight. Very disappointed with the “service” from @TUIUK after our holiday was cancelled at such short notice. I have already sent PMs on this and not received a reply

@Morrisons I have been charged £66 for these vs the £33 labeled. Called customer services and they advised me to go back to store for a refund. I cannot go back today so can you please refund me? Beware anyone collecting a food to order and check the amount you are being charged
Update. Now collected the order and have been overcharged by almost £100. When calling customer services I am told to go back to the store!! Food all has BBE date of 26 December. So disappointed with the whole experience with Morrisons.
Trying to reach @Morrisons about my food to order. Placed originally weeks ago and then added some items yesterday it said my Turkey crowns are no longer available! Cannot get any help via customer services. Am told to call store directly but cannot get through the switchboard.
after waiting since July @wattbike finally arrived only to find paint is flaking off it! Really disappointed as we were expecting a quality product. Hoping it can be replaced quickly!
