There are millions of people that live in London and low thousands of officers (divide by approx 4 to work out how many might be on duty). You want a force that can tackle all = more PC’s.

@leembroad This is interesting, I met the CEO and he explained that they do use NDA’s but not in this way. He explained that they use NDA’s when a member of staff leaves to ensure that they don’t publish personal info about officers etc. and NOT to pay people for their silence.

I would add a caveat that if they did this an intelligence report would be uploaded onto PND to state that the person resigned whilst under investigation.

If there was a time limit you would then see some shameless attempts to get it past the date… bad things would follow.

Had fought you could have stopped the changes. This would mean I could retire 5 years earlier. This means I could have another job. You owe me these losses. Nothing less.

4.I would have no confidence that you would fight if they come for our pensions again.
5.I am, and most of us are out of pocket hundreds of thousands thanks to that pension failure.
