@Avis Oh, @Avis, one more thing. I had to reach out to them. If I didn't this could have derailed a months long planning of a 10 day vacation through 4 states with 3 families. The fact that they are so nonchalant about the whole situation is what is so sad. They don't care at all.

So, for anyone who who ever wants to use @Avis @Avis_Worldwide_ please note: They refuse to let you talk to someone at the location. But if you actually get a person on the phone they will talk to them for you after 3-4 days. Then, tell you your car isn't available.... CONT

Please, don't use @avis. I'm not certain who I will be using yet, but if anyone wants to know just reply here. So disappointed and really shocked that such a big company cant handle such a minor... glitch.

@Avis After their initial reply and my response with all my info, believe it or not, @Avis , THE CORPORATION, has no way of getting in touch with a location if its set up to go to voicemail. None. No email. No direct phone. Nothing. Does anyone actually believe this, or am i naive?!

@Avis I am at a loss. I need to speak to the location where I am renting a car and there is no number for me to call, no email for me to contact and, according to "customer service", no way for them AVIS CUSTOMER SERVICE to get in touch with someone at the counter. Please HELP!

Guys like @airball are terrible for the game as a whole, great for the ecosystem they play in but nothing else. Loudmouth, rude, narcissistic = find something else to watch.
