@thetrainline hi, i added some cover on some train tickets that I bought, now I keep getting emails to activate my "X-cover protection" . Is this legit? If it is legitimate, why am I being asked to activate it, paying for it should be enough?
@BeeNetwork hello, what time are lost and found working until this eve ? My wife lost 2 phones on the pic to ashton tram this morning that we desperate to get back, we reported and emailed but no response, wife went back, lady at tram stop said driver found them
@BeeNetwork We have nothing so far, emailed yesterday afternoon from [email protected] also called several times, told by 3 people 1 to 2 days, I understand there are processes to go through we just need to know that you have them as the driver did say this to the member of staff
@BeeNetwork If there is no response by 9.30 am tomorrow, 48 hours after they were found by your driver, I will have no option but to report this to the police. As previously mentioned, staff said they had found them. I have no option but to do this as we do not know where the phones are
