Ultra and Pro scale inference in different dimensions:
- Ultra scales horizontally: several agents investigate different branches at once.
- Pro scales vertically: more model work is invested in producing one final response.

@jordanrstout @NathanFlurry @mattpocockuk Fwiw, I have been trying this out and have fable spin up a code-review dynamic workflow. It spun up 23 verifiers and each used ~33k tokens. (Not a massive change to begin with) But seems to be efficient enough
