Sat 12th March. BA flight from London to Jersey 35 minutes. Waited over 10 mins for ramp to disembark and 65 minutes for delivery of luggage. No customer announcement/update until minute 55.

@cineworld I am unable to log into my Unlimited Account. Even creating a new account, it does not let me log in - on App it gives a Network Error on the Chrome browser (cache & cookies cleared) it does not leave the login screen. Is this a known problem with your latest patches
