Il punto che ti sfugge è che se a te tolgono i fondi universitari, i laboratori e le strutture tradizionali, non puoi produrre nulla.

La vera asimmetria è questa. Metti uno scienziato oggi davanti a un computer e a una connessione internet, senza un briciolo di fondi pubblici o privati, e chiedigli di fare ricerca sull'HIV e creare nuovi standard bioinformatici di frontiera sfruttando la decentralizzazione.

Se a questo modello aggiungi l'uso di agenti AI automatizzati, capaci di fare il fetch su database e analizzare grandi moli di dati in tempo reale, abbatti definitivamente i vecchi costi di struttura. Tu hai bisogno dell'intero sistema tradizionale alle spalle per esistere. La scienza decentralizzata si fonda sulla sovranità del singolo ricercatore. Credo tu abbia frainteso il senso del mio post. Non sono venuto qui a sbandierare citazioni, ma a farti presente che la tecnologia progredisce scardinando i vecchi paradigmi grazie a chi come me scrive codice. Ho creato un nuovo standard decentralizzato e ad Harvard se ne sono accorti prima di te. Un domani, se integrerete la decentralizzazione dei dati biomedici, vi troverete a usare i modelli che sto tracciando oggi.

Se poi vogliamo parlare di numeri, facciamo una considerazione. Con i miliardi di budget di AstraZeneca e i network istituzionali, avere quelle citazioni è il minimo sindacale. La vera innovazione scientifica è asimmetrica.

Fare ricerca indipendente sull'HIV investigando aspetti mai esplorati (come lo studio in vivo sull'uso delle SupT1 come decoy target per il virus) e creare un nuovo standard sulla decentralizzazione dei dati citato da Harvard — finanziandosi fuori dai circuiti tradizionali e dai loro conflitti d'interesse grazie alla blockchain e avendo come unici strumenti a disposizione un computer e una connessione internet — potrebbe rappresentare quello che sarà lo standard futuro, ovvero la scienza decentralizzata.

Il vostro errore di fondo è pensare che il 'domain expert' e chi scrive il codice debbano essere due persone diverse. Io sono lo scienziato che progetta il framework traducendo in codice il mio metodo di validazione scientifica. L'agente non automatizza errori perché i guardrail logici glieli imposto io, non un programmatore esterno. Se voi avete bisogno di due ruoli separati per capire un dato, è un limite vostro. E io sto sottolineando questo limite.

Confondi la complessità biologica con i limiti computazionali. Centinaia di trial clinici si riducono a dati che un'architettura di agenti decentralizzati e interconnessi elabora senza problemi. Il punto è che tu quegli agenti li usi, io li creo. Ho la visione d'insieme per scriverne i layer di validazione e i guardrail, correggendoli ed addestrandoli a essere migliori, conoscendone i limiti e sapendo come superarli. Una visione che a te manca. Quindi non è un 'fidarsi ciecamente', quanto piuttosto insegnargli a essere migliori. A volte più umani. Ad uno dei miei agenti ho insegnato a fare ricerche su PubMed in modo efficace, scrivendo del codice che riproduce il metodo che io avrei utilizzato per combinare le parole chiave. Ho digitalizzato una parte del mio 'codice' insegnandogli come fare le ricerche. Chi si limita a premere 'play' su modelli altrui dipende totalmente da chi scrive il codice. Felice di stare dove sono, nella cabina di regia della tecnologia e oltre i limiti delle istituzioni tradizionali grazie alla decentralizzazione della blockchain.

What is happening now is a naval blockade and defensive, targeted strikes—which are fully protected under Article II of the US Constitution as Commander-in-Chief powers. This resolution cannot stop defensive counter-strikes or the economic suffocation of the regime, which is the actual strategy.
