@nickfloats Also look into Nostr, you get a public key that your follwer’s subscribe to. You keep your public key even if you change platforms.

@drooog @DougCollinsUX Maybe it's just a matter of making available more junior positions and mentorship possibilities for newer people, so they don't have to market themselves as more accomplished than they really are in order to find opportunities.

@drooog @DougCollinsUX I'm not really sure about other industries. But I know that other practices such as medical professions and scientific research usually incorporate a process where junior people are able to learn while in a work setting, with residencies and that sort of thing.
