@TUIUK I’ve been advised that as I booked a flight via a 3rd party TUI cant change a passenger over the phone but have advised it can be done at the airport on the day of departure. Please confirm that this is correct. It is a big risk to take & I’ve been misinformed by TUI alot!

@easyJet Thanks, but what if the ques at security are over 2 hours long, which they have reported to be? Then being there early will have made no difference? That’s my point.

@easyJet I’m still waiting for a reply. How early do you suggest arriving at @manairport for our flight on Saturday morning? I have hold luggage to check in and also two children under 5 in a buggy so I don’t want to arrive too early if baggage drop off won’t be open?

@jussymc @manairport @easyJet I’ve asked easyJet the same question. We are told to arrive early but as it stands can only drop baggage off 2 hours early which defeats the object of arriving early 🤷🏻‍♀️ hopefully by Saturday they’ll be opening baggage drop off earlier if the airport is still in this sorry state

@easyJet @irishpete007 We fly on Sat morning & have been advised to arrive 3hrs early which will make no difference at all to us being delayed at security if we can’t drop bags off until 2hrs before? 🤷🏻‍♀️ just means people will be hanging around for 1hr creating more chaos 🤦🏻‍♀️
