@virginmedia can you please stop harassing me with unsolicited phone calls, ever since I checked the prices of your broadband you have called me repeatedly multiple times a day since last week.
I was going to take out a contract with yourselves but now I will go elsewhere.
UK, the only country in Europe where the public transit system doesn’t have air conditioning as standard, @BeeNetwork you may have 26 reg buses but tell me why I’m sat in 50 degree heat with the heating switched ON in this weather ? sort it out
@SalfordCouncil do you think it's appropriate to allow an event with very loud music to operate directly outside @SalfordUni Library? I'm trying to revise and all I can hear is booming music. Rather inconsiderate to students who need to study.
@NotFarLeftAtAll Are we forgetting about the British empire, colonialism, British Raj etc? Thousands of Muslims, Sikhs, Hindus etc fought for our country in both world wars and continue to protect our country to this day, claim to be patriotic but don’t even know your history
@TfL Well done but why do we feel a need to make a security guard that works on a train sound more important by using the term “officer” titles are earnt not handed out…
@BeeNetwork@AndyBurnhamGM Are the new bus seats designed by a chiropractor trying to get more clients? Sitting bolt upright at a 90° angle with 20cm of leg room isn’t exactly great for anyone’s posture is it?
@tru_sandi@benonwine Two indictable offences, assault and theft both of which give justification to use force to detain the individual under Section 24A of PACE, of which anyone can exercise this power including PCSOs. By no means is this over the top, perfect handling of the situation.
@BeeNetwork Why bother employing revenue staff when all they do is stand at platforms and do absolutely nothing. I get the tram almost daily and never once do they do inspections whilst tonnes of people just get a free ride, I wouldn’t mind but your fares aren’t exactly cheap
We are appealing for witnesses following a stabbing at Manchester Victoria.
Officers attended the station at 9.15pm tonight.
Two people have been arrested.
Those involved are believed to be known to each other.

I sometimes think we need to be firmer with patients in letting them make their way to A&E, instead of just becoming an expensive taxi service & putting them straight in the fit-to-sit area 🚕
How has our NHS come to this?
🚑 arrived FIVE hours ago to ED ?❤️
My dad still has NINE other patients in 🚑🚑ahead of him.
He has been looked after by the most fantastic paramedics but they should be out attending to other 999 calls.
THIRTEEN years of underinvestment
@mrsjen2023@NWAmbulance Unfortunately it runs on an automated dispatch system, and a lot of people know the right things to say to trigger an emergency response, only a healthcare professional can overall the decision of the system
@NHPUKOfficial How amazing they are for putting their life on the line for complete strangers, there’s no devide between a male or female police officer, and no such thing as WPC now
@Tesco just wanted to mention one of your staff members who’s gone above and beyond at your Kirkby express store, helping a visually impaired customer do his shopping, certainly deserves some recognition!
@TfL Another option which could be considered is lockable boxes with a key code, these are used at many national rail stations to prevent theft and can be accessed by calling @Ldn_Ambulance 🙂
@TfL I’m a regular traveller on the tube, and almost every journey I’ll walk past multiple empty AED boxes, or ones with signs stating to go elsewhere, in a cardiac arrest time is of the essence and this simply isn’t acceptable, this needs to be rectified
Brilliant to see LUCAS 3 devices being trialled within the organisation, hoping to see them introduced nationally, to help us provide the best possible chance for all patients who suffer an out of hospital cardiac arrest @stjohnambulance@SJAOperations
