TVA has issued a Step 50 Curtailment which means that all local power companies are required to drop between 5 and 10 percent of their total electrical load. This is necessary to avoid major outages across the #MLGW and other local power companies service areas. #MLGWNews

That said, I lived in Dallas for several years. Insane growth there (and a lot more quickly). We aren’t that type of market, and that’s okay.

@ILove_theArts @ilovememphis I guess I’m saying if 100 N Main, Sterick, Colosseum were such lucrative opportunities for developers, the action would be happening a lot more quickly. Sterick would be a huge win for Downtown and I would love to see it happen. But I also know “patience and faith” ≠ ROI
