Knock out a building every 2 months and take the coldest months off. I could be 20% under everyone else and still make a killing. All bidders were full 1-1.5 years out

Not including “roundup” funds at checkout which go directly to RMEF, NWTF, BHA etc. if you’re not supporting any maybe sit this one out.
