@DebbieSzumylo I think what gets missed most often is getting the view from the ground obtained in 1:1s up the food chain to leaders to get the pulse of the organization under them.
@jeanniecw@Qualtrics This will probably shift over time as AI gets better, but for now there are things that self serve just isn't good for. Good luck getting a chat bot to resolve an issue with a bill! That's something even human agents can struggle with at times.
@united If you want to be customer friendly you could always get rid of the "preferred seat" nonsense. It's gotten so only a small fraction of your most undesirable seats are available for no added cost.
