Ordered taxi for my 80 yr old Mum @FreeNow_IE Stayed OTP with her + heard driver saying he was there to collect a "Thomas". He then cancelled. Maybe he got confused but Mum shouldn't pay €5 for his error. That's aside from fact he left her standing there, not easy at her age 1/2

We submitted photo of incorrect item directly via @Deliveroo_IE photo app - "take a photo" as opposed to add gallery photo. Worked fine from my end, then CX tell me photo's blank and as I didn't store a copy of said photo 🙄, no refund. Your service + app fails = we pay. Cheers.

Here we are getting out of the baths, we had a comment posted did the person filming not assist Sean well the whole point of inclusion and accessibility is that PWD shouldn’t have to wait to be pushed to get to where they want to go in the public realm they want equal access! 🤬
