@javroar My teenage son just sent me this. Thank you for a conversation starter to teach him that it is NEVER ok to hit a woman. Period. Small d!(k syndrome MF
A 9-year-old girl wrote a letter to the Premier of Western Australia because she was concerned that the Easter Bunny couldn't get access to the State due to Covid-19. Here is what she got back...
@investing_city@Barneylo Costco in Australia is an absolute ripoff. Cheaper to buy at ordinary supermarkets. People go because of the novelty. If you compare pricing, they’re more expensive here. Maybe this is where they make all their profit 😉
@adamseconomics@justthink1@PhilipSoos@DFA_Analyst@linzcom@DeniseBrailey They aren’t saying that 7% is the rent you will achieve, only that they will cover that return for 5 years if you choose them to manage. Common practice in the industry as investors want risk free investments. Even though there is no such thing.
@fjamie013 Poor guy getting hammered because of his written English. Has anyone considered perhaps English is not his first language? It is a bloody hard language to master. So hard that most ‘English’ speaking people can’t put a sentence together.
@linzcom Have more than 3 kids and there aren’t many options for 7 seaters that are decent other than the big 4WD SUVs. Guess where most families that size live....suburbia.
@PopTheOzBubble@linzcom Yet another one example of people begging for the money when they think they’ll make money and when it goes south can’t take responsibility for their own decisions and actions.
@linzcom So basically if the buyer hadn’t raised his bid and had stuck to his guns then the property would have passed in as it likely wasn’t at reserve. Then negotiations would have continued in private. This agent just got him over reserve and it sold. No story here.
@leozaza@PhilipSoos @jallenha Yes it happens all the time. I had a Chinese client that wanted to buy in his 2 year old granddaughter’s name. She is an Australian citizen as she was born here. Avoids FIRB and mum goes guarantor.
