@WarrenMobility Could also be helpful to think about the option to waive this tax for tenant- and mission-driven-buyers, like a community development corporation or community organization. Would help give those folks a leg-up on the market, especially in places without a right of first offer.

@WarrenMobility Interesting idea. Curious how to operationalize for purchases that are multi-family or lots that will be developed, especially in a scenario with recent up-zoning. But perhaps that stays in the realm of inclusionary requirements & community benefits?
