@OklahomaJoes I'm so frustrated with you. Your customer service has been great, throughout my warranty they have sent me 3 mother boards, 2 igniters & one auger. got mine in late 2022 & I've had to repair it nearly twice a yr. Ruined dinner tonight, keeps breaking. Sub par dudes!
